We conduct our business in a professional and confidential manner. Once an acquirer has declared interested in buying they are asked to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Only after they have done that will the full details of the seller be revealed.

We take pride in helping to complete the goals of our sellers and buyers. We manage the whole sale process from beginning to end, including marketing, valuation and negotiation. Our clients have a variety of different reasons why they are looking to sell, this could be due to retirement or simply wanting to step down. Some people may want to sell their business in full and other may want to sell their majority stake in the business with the plan of holding on to a minority stake. It may also be that you want to sell your business as you are looking to retire, whatever your ambitions are, Wayne Bradshaw Acquisitions can help you achieve these goals.

How does it work?

Fact Finding

We start by gathering information from you, including financial information so we can create a presentation. We make all the information anonymous and then, after agreeing with you, we can approach some potential acquirers based on their needs, where they are based, and crucially whether they are well suited to you.

Match Making

Once and acquirer has declared interest, they are asked to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and only after they have done that can your full details be revealed to them. We can then arrange a meeting between yourself and the potential acquirer.

Negotiation and Sale

If the initial meeting goes well then negotiations can begin, including the valuation. Once you accept an offer we would then need to formalise the deal and enter a process of due diligence. We will remain in close contact with all parties during the entire process, with the aim of leading to a satisfactory conclusion.
